By order of May 31, 1996, the application for leave to appeal was held in abeyance pending the decision in the cases of Travis v Dreis & Krump Mfg Co (Docket No. 101028) and Golec v Metal Exchange Corp (Docket No. 102147). On order of the Court, the decision having been issued on July 31, 1996, 453 Mich. 149, 551 N.W.2d 132 (1996), the application for leave to appeal is again considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court. Levin, J., would remand to the Court of Appeals for reconsideration in light of this Court's decision in Travis.
