BARRON, JUDGE The appellant was indicted for the capital offense of robbery when the victim is intentionally killed in violation of Ala. Code § 13-11-2(a)(2) (1975). In accordance with the principles stated in Beck v. State, 396 So. 2d 645 (Ala. 1980), the jury found him guilty of first degree murder and fixed his punishment at life imprisonment in the state penitentiary.
